Day 2: 60 Day Challenge

So I actually woke up this morning without any complaints!  Going to bed at 9 o'clock last night probably had something to do with it.  Turns out I need 10 hours of sleep instead of the traditional 8.  Whatever works, I guess.

Today's weight is 138.2lbs

My workout consisted of:

-30 minute walk/jog on treadmill
    Longest sustained run was 7 minutes.  That's up 1 minute from yesterday.  Strangely it's my hip that's  keeping me from going longer.  Usually side cramps are the inhibiting factor.
-7 minutes stretching (both before and after cardio)
-60 crunches

 Pain factor was probably about a 3
 Post workout feel good was about a 4

I'm hoping that stretching will help my hip get used to working out.  I don't remember ever having this problem before.

Goals for the rest of the day include drinking 8 glasses of water and at least 1 serving of fruit.

2 days down.  58 to go!
